VC Legal is a law firm that provides legal advice on commercial and intellectual property matters. The firm predominantly advises clients in the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Vicky Clark is the Sole Principal of VC Legal. She launched the firm in February 2003, having worked previously for a number of years in leading IP practices in London.

Vicky was conscious of an unmet need to provide practical, commercial legal advice at cost effective rates. VC Legal enables Vicky to provide such a service by combining her experience and expertise with lower overheads than can be achieved by traditional law firms.
